Hot Pot dinner on X’mas Day!
Having a hot pot dinner in winter is always the most appropriate.
I was having a great hot pot dinner few days back with my friends to celebrate new year.
Here is how it looks.
Preparing hot pot is fairly easy, no skill or experience needed, all you need is a electric stove and a pot.
Ingredients:
-Seaweed (cook the seaweed first until the water boil, in order to make the water seaweed flavoring)
-Chicken Broth (Optional, otherwise plain water is fine)
-Sliced beef
-Bean Curd (Tofu)
-Golden Mushroom
-Shrimp
-Squid
-Chinese Cabbage (Napa)
-Imitation crab meat
-Green Onion
-Dumpling
-Fish/Shrimp Ball
-Soy sauce, Hot Sauce, Salt, Pepper,
_Udon Noodle (It is optional, but if you want to add more carbohydrate to your meal, this is always your best choice)

I personally prefer seafood hot pot over other flavor. But it is always base on your own preference.
But as long as you have stove, pot, and all ingredients ready. You are good to go.
